Rev. Al B. Morgan, has humbly served as the pastor of the Emmanuel Baptist Church for the past 17 years. Rev. Morgan is married to Mrs. Chelsea. Their blended family includes 6 children and 8 grandchildren.
In October 1996, Rev. Morgan publicly announced his call to the gospel ministry, and delivered his first sermon and was licensed, in November 1996. In December 1998, Rev. Morgan was called to serve as pastor of the Gumwood Baptist Church of Keo, AR. Rev. Morgan served there for nearly 6 years.
Pastor Morgan is Emmanuel Baptist Church's 6th pastor. Emmanuel has flourished spiritually, economically, and socially under his leadership. The LORD has tremendously blessed EBC to host annual community festivals to clothe and feed our community and neighbors. Pastor Morgan visits the sick and shut-in members; serves bereaved families near and far (including non-members); and counsels privately.
Pastor Morgan studied at the Missionary Baptist Seminary and earned his degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is has spent 9 years in the field of education and is a vice-principle at LISA Academy school district.

First lady Chelsea “C.C.” Morgan is the epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman. She is a faithful servant our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and a loving and devoted wife and mother.
Having recently gained the “First Lady” title, Sis. C.C. has taken her place at Rev. Morgan’s side as he carries out his pastoral duties to his church and congregation. Sis. C.C. carries out her duties as an EBC deaconess with dignity and pride, but she is far from being a prima donna. She consistently volunteers and assists on all EBC ministries and committees, in any capacity.
Sis. C.C. is logistics professional, having spent 15 years in the logistics industry. She is committed to addressing the spiritual, nutritional, shelter, and hygienic needs of her community’s abused women and housing-insecure population.
Sis. C.C.’s loving blended family structure includes Pastor Al B. Morgan, their 6 children and 8 grandchildren.
Rev. William Mitchell has been faithfully serving as an Emmanuel Baptist Church minister for over 40 years. He is married to the president of EBC's deaconesses, Sis. Betty Mitchell, EBC's Deaconess Ministry leader, choir member, Community Day coordinator.
Rev. James Marshall was born and raised in Hot Springs, AR. A Arkansas National Guard veteran, Rev. Marshall was honorably discharged after serving his country for 13 years, in 1993. He has 3 children (Tijwana, James Jr., and Avery Marshall) and several grandchildren.
Rev. Marshall accepted in calling to the ministry at Great St. Paul Baptist Church. As an associate minister, he served as SW District Section Ministers Secretary and taught Sunday school. In 2009, the family moved to Little Rock and united with Grace Temple Church where he as an associate minister and Sunday school teacher.

In 2015 Rev. Mrs. Marshall united with Emmanuel Baptist Church, where he joined the EBC pulpit as associate minister.
