One faith. One church. One God.
One faith. One church. One God.
The mission of EBC is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to demonstrate the grace of God through acts of Christian compassion to the unsaved, broken, and mistreated people.
Emmanuel Baptist Church, Little Rock, Arkansas, is open to all who desire to grow and serve as people of God.
At "EBC" you will see people like yourself. Some are just beginning to sense that God is real and may have a special purpose for their lives. Others have known God on a personal level for many years and are anxious to deepen their relationship with God, Regardless of our progress, we are all on a spiritual journey.
Emmanuel is a church of imperfect believers in Christ. It's a simple fact, but it is a fact that reminds us of who we are and why we serve. We are a church - not a gathering of lone individuals. Are we are a church of faith - not one based on social status, economics, race, gender or age. We come together because of our common grace-centered lives, hope of salvation, and followers of Jesus Christ.
Located in central Little Rock, in a historic building, Emmanuel Baptist Church has served as a beacon of hope in this community since 1947. The building in which we continue to worship was purchased in 1976. We are a church that embraces its heritage, but is also looking ahead to the future.
While remaining an autonomous Baptist congregation, Emmanuel Baptist Church is affiliated with the National Baptist Convention and the National Baptist Convention, USA., as we partner with other Baptist churches across the nation and around the world. We also work specifically with the Union District Baptist Association in an effort to better serve or city and state.
We invite you to explore our website, then visit us on Sunday morning, at 10:00 am, to experience for yourself our friendly congregation and our joyous worship, in our beautiful sanctuary.
